Please see below a powerful message from Dana Hackett on why Rights & Democracy Institute is asking for your tax-deductible contribution this Giving Tuesday:
Friends,
Over the past year I have worked closely with Rights & Democracy to shift the landscape in our communities towards greater justice and equity.
Some of the work that affects me the most personally is Rights & Democracy Institute’s (RDI) work with the HEAL Together (Honest Education, Action & Leadership) campaign, which is supporting communities in organizing to dismantle racism and deepen institutional commitments to truth and equity, from our state legislature to our local school boards.
On this Giving Tuesday, I hope you will consider making a donation to sustain this ongoing work and all of the important leadership development work RDI is doing to move us closer to a true multi-racial democracy.

This is not a sit-back moment. In order to bring about the change we need, we need all the support we can get, in as many forms as possible. One of the quickest ways to make an impact is to donate, in any amount, to help us continue our mission.
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your support.
With gratitude,
Dana
P.S. Make sure to get your ticket for the upcoming RDI Human Rights Awards on December 10th, to lift up two honorees, Emma Shapiro-Weiss and Iris Hsiang, doing this critical work right here in our communities in Vermont and New Hampshire.
P.P.S. All donations to Rights & Democracy Institute are tax deductible, as we are a c3 organization! A nice extra perk to round out the year.
